Tim & Jessica Elliott owned and ran a successful mango packing shed, We Pack, in Berry Springs near Darwin from 2001-2014. We still own and manage a large mango property located on the Darwin River but have chosen to call the beautiful Sunshine Coast home. Purchasing River Park at Kenilworth in 2013, we acquired the Mary Valley Wagyu herd with Fullblood lines with some of the best genetics from Japan. With an interest in the genetics and dna testing available, we believe have been able to find the right balance of weight, marbling and milking attributes for our herd. Our Wagyu are nearly all above the breed average.

We purchased our Ultrablack (Tropical Angus) cattle in 2015 from Nindooinbah, who used US Brangus bulls over high quality Angus Females. With the composite stabilizing, River Park Farms are breeding high quality calves from a top ranking bull purchased from Palgrove in 2017.

Tim & Jessica and their 3 children have loved the change from mangoes to cattle and work continually to improve the herd and quality of the pastures on the farm to raise healthy grass feed beef.
